The "Biker Build-Off" 2012 winner for a second straight year in a row is Paul Teutul, Jr., FOX News reports.

Tuesday night Paul won the title in the "American Chopper Live" Las Vegas competition. He came in first while Team Fast 'n Loud won second, Jesse James came in at third, and Paul Teutul, Sr. got fourth.

Teutul, Jr. created a New York-inspired cycle for the competition. It was a great way for him to end "American Chopper."

He told Fox411 earlier this week that he and his father will no longer be working together. While things are definitely better for the father and son, it's not ideal or suitable for business at this time.

“I think things are better than they have been in the past, but not where they could be,” Teutul, Jr. said. “I think we’ve ended up with the idea that we can’t do business together. Ever. Hopefully things get back on track with that in mind. In business, we have little hope for a relationship.”

Paul Teutul, Sr. admits that after the "Biker Build-Off" last year, he would consider Jesse James as a partner.

“I really got to know Jesse at the ‘Biker Build-Off’ last year and we hit it off right away," he said. “We were a lot alike. We like our privacy, we both love cars and motorcycles. He’s a real deal guy and it worked out very well. He recently built me a car on his show – it’s a good relationship.”

rand paul

rand paul During a convention aimed at uniting Republicans and stoking enthusiasm leading into the last two months of the election, a rift seems still to exist within the party between a small but vocal group of ardent Ron Paul fans and the larger crowd of Romney supporters. Shortly after Rand Paul wrapped up his speech, a boisterous group of about 100 Ron Paul supporters marched through the second floor of the convention hall shouting “So Maine goes, so goes the nation.” The protesters, most of which were wearing Ron Paul shirts and buttons,  said they were upset the Republican National Committee stripped Ron Paul’s Maine delegates of their convention seats. Ron Paul was not given a speaking spot at the convention, as his fellow former GOP candidate Rick Santorum was, but Paul was the only Romney rival who was honored in a tribute video, which played directly before his son Rand took the stage. One of the largest applause lines during Rand Paul’s speech came when he mentioned his dad. Ron Paul did not watch the video from the forum or anywhere in Tampa for that matter. The campaign said last week that the congressman would stay for both his video, ori

rand paul filibuster

1:27 a.m. | Updated WASHINGTON — A small group of Republicans, led by Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, stalled the Senate on Wednesday by waging a nearly 13-hour old-school, speak-until-you-can-speak-no-more filibuster over the government’s use of lethal drone strikes — forcing the Senate to delay the expected confirmation of John O. Brennan to lead the Central Intelligence Agency. Mr. Paul, who opposes Mr. Brennan’s nomination, followed through on his plan to filibuster the confirmation of President Obama’s nominee after receiving a letter this month from Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. that refused to rule out the use of drone strikes within the United States in “extraordinary circumstances” like the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. “I would go for another 12 hours to try to break Strom Thurmond’s record, but I’ve discovered that there are some limits to filibustering and I’m going to have to go take care of one of those in a few minutes here,” Mr. Paul said to knowing laughter as he referred to the legendary South Carolina senator known for his 28-hour filibuster. (Mr. Paul could not leave the floor to use the bathroom, making his filibuster at a cert
